Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nyree Essentials. Every product is handmade in small batches, so I take a little extra time to make sure your order is prepared with care.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons or product launches, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $75 ship free.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Warm Weather Shipping

Body butters and other natural products may soften or melt in high temperatures. This does not affect the quality of the product. Simply place it in a cool place or the refrigerator to firm up again. During summer months, I recommend bringing packages inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Nyree Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me, you may be charged for reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nyree Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your order, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then reach out to me and I'll do my best to help.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in select areas. If your address is eligible, the Local Delivery option will appear at checkout when you enter your ZIP code.

Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are made on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Orders placed by Thursday at 6:00 PM will be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following Saturday.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of $6.00 applies to each local order.

Delivery Confirmation

After your order is placed, you'll receive a message by email or text to confirm your delivery window. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.

At Delivery

Orders will be left at your door unless other arrangements are made. To protect your products from heat or weather, please bring your order inside as soon as possible. Whipped butters can soften in high temperatures.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your delivery day. If a delivery can't be completed because of an incorrect address or no safe place to leave the package, we'll reach out to arrange a new time.
